Dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Product Marketing Specialist di kantor Geekhunter untuk kota/kab Bali serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Manajemen & Pengembangan Produk (Pemasaran & Komunikasi) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 20.000.000 - Rp 25.000.000.

The specialist will ensure both customers and internal teams are well-informed, engaged, and prepared to effectively use new releases. A key responsibility will be identifying opportunities to promote other relevant solutions to existing clients, based on their specific needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent project management skills, has a solid understanding of technology, and has a demonstrated ability to create and deliver impactful release communications for both internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Development Promotion and Distribution
    • Collaborate with Product Managers, Portfolio VP, Marketing, Support, and Sales teams to understand the release roadmap and priorities.
    • Resource accordingly to meet requirements associated with each product’s release plans and timelines for product launches and updates.
    • Ensure all marketing release activities align with the business objectives and deadlines.
  2. Content Development
    • With input from internal departments, collate release communication assets such as release notes, product videos, user guides, and email campaigns.
    • Work closely with Product Managers to refine messaging to be engaging and clear for internal and external audiences.
    • Produce content for multiple platforms, including the website, social media channels, and portfolio newsletters.
    • Communicate and create awareness of the availability of product training i.e., webinars, documentation, etc.
  3. Stakeholder Communication
    • Serve as the main point of contact between the product team and internal stakeholders.
    • Provide internal teams (sales, support) with clear, concise release information, including key features, benefits, and FAQs.
  4. Customer Adoption and Engagement
    • Facilitate initiatives to promote new releases and support customer retention.
    • Monitor feedback and analytics to improve future communications and strategies.
    • Champion customer success by ensuring users understand the value and use cases of new features.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing release campaigns (open rates, downloads, adoption metrics, etc.).
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on campaign performance and customer response.
    • Continuously optimize processes to enhance the impact of product releases.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Cloud Specialist, Website Developer, Documentation team, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and content distribution.
    • Maintain alignment with Corporate Marketing Strategy and branding standards.
       

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, release communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in the English language with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience working in the software, SaaS, or technology industry (experience in the mining industry is a plus).
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot) Salesforce CRM, email marketing tools, and analytics software).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
     

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in software development and technical acumen is desirable.
  • Experience creating video content, webinars, or instructional materials.
  • Understanding of the mining industry and associated software solutions.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
