Job description & requirements
Job Responsibilities :
● Understands the user and uses insights to drive marketing efforts. Ability to derive insights from user research and data analytics
● Understands the Halodoc brand and the marketing objective, and is able to translate them into creative assets (copy, visuals, film, design)
● Manage campaigns/projects effectively, planning, and executing with great detail and timeliness, measure and tracks results, derive learnings, and share it broadly
- Analyse data available (qualitative and quantitative) to solve problems, or identify opportunities and insights
- Understands our products/business ins and outs, work closely with product teams & business to influence the direction of product roadmap
● Work closely with internal stakeholders including the business team, key account team, product team, business intelligence team & marketing channels to translate brand and marketing strategies into impactful media go-to-market
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
● 5 years of experience in growth or marketing roles, focusing on both offline and online channels
● Proven track record of planning and executing successful campaigns across various platforms.
● Results-oriented mindset: demonstrate a track record of driving business growth, meeting marketing objectives, and delivering on targets.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor a team.
● Comfortable in solving complex problems with strong analytical & critical thinking and come with logical and executable solutions.
● Have a high curiosity to understand consumers’ behavior, find the root cause of problems, or identify a potential business lever opportunity.
