Things you will do:

• Conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences, as well as the competitive landscape
• Defining target markets and developing positioning and messaging for the product
• Collaborating with the product development team to ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market and that it is differentiated from competitors
• Developing and implementing a product marketing plan in line with the company’s business & strategic objectives
• Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or product lines
• Tracking and analyzing product performance and making recommendations for improvements
• Analyzing direct sales performance, and market data to support planning & forecasting and arrive at recommendations to achieve objectives
• Monitoring competitors’ products to identify competitive gaps and opportunities
• Create a monthly direct promotion plan calendar aligned with the revenue team
• Create monthly product marketing editorial calendar

You’ll fit in this job if you:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in product marketing or a related field and proven experience as a team leader
• Strong knowledge of product marketing techniques and strategies
• Have experience in conducting market research and analyzing customer needs and preferences
• Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product development, revenue, and sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions
• Experience with digital marketing and understanding of digital marketing tools and channels
• Experience in managing budgets and resources, product pricing strategies, and market positioning: Willing to be based in Bandung (Hybrid) and have frequent travel
