Dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Product Manager di tempat usaha PT Nawa Data Solutions untuk domisili Tangerang serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun syarat yang kami inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 14.000.000.

Here are expectations for our Senior Product Manager:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
Product Management Expertise: Have a deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices. This includes experience with market research, product ideation, roadmap creation, feature prioritization, user experience design, and product launch strategies.
Technical Background: Having a technical background or familiarity with technology-related concepts is preferred.
Leadership Skills: As a senior role, you will be expected to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, and marketers. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence and motivate others, are essential.
Strategic Thinking: Senior Product Managers are responsible for shaping the product vision and strategy. You possess the ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Business Acumen: Understanding the business side of product management is crucial. You are expected to have a solid grasp of financial analysis, pricing strategies, competitive landscapes, and the ability to align product goals with overall business objectives.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills are vital for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, developers, designers, marketers, and customers. You have to be able to effectively convey complex ideas, present product plans, and influence decision-making.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions. Proficiency in analyzing market research, customer feedback, and product metrics is essential to drive product improvements and prioritize feature development.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, handle ambiguity, and solve complex problems is crucial in this role.
Education: Business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. We value candidates with advanced degrees or specialized certifications in product management.
Specific expectations: Preferable if have experience or understanding of Financial Service Industry or Regulatory Compliance.
