Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun syarat yang perusahaan inginkan ialah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Descriptions:

Identify and translate market requirements, technical recommendations and capability outcomes into meaningful customers impacts and functionality.
Responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals. Working closely with the development team to define product features and ensure they are delivered on time and withing budget.
Conducts market research to identify customer needs and gather feedback on existing products.
Ensure the company’s products are competitive in the market.
Responsible for managing entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and support, to ensure that products are developed and launched successfully.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies that maximize the company’s revenue and profitability. Use market research and competitive analysis to determine the optimal price point for each product and develop marketing messaging that resonates with target customers.
Analyze product performance data, including sales, customer feedback, support tickets, to identify areas for improvement. Use this information to make data-driven decisions about product development priorities and to identify opportunities for growth.
Create and present the best solutions to fit the customer needs.
Maintain relationships with strategic stakeholders.
Identify, analyze, and build the resources needed to deliver the product.

Job Requirements:

Age: 27-35 years
Experience: minimum 3 years in IT Pre-Sales and/or Product Management
Strong communication skills, especially when conveying technical information to possibly non-technical audiences.
Understanding of software-engineering best practices and the clients’ business requirements, and effectively balancing the two
Experience in working with an agile product team.
Independent yet helpful to the team due to company’s achievement
Good English communication in both spoken and written forms
Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively.
Good analytical and logical thinking skills
Strong ownership and team spirit
Good collaboration skills to work with cross function teams.
Demonstrated a track record of getting things done in fast-paced environment.
