Duties and responsibility :

• Defining a vision for a product
• Developing product ideas and assessing these ideas for market viability
• Conduct comprehensive research on user needs, stakeholder gaps, industry trends, competition analysis, and product analysis to inform product strategy and support the product’s development and evolution.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features, using a user-centered, designer-centered, and developer-centered approach
• Engage closely and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineers, data, security, and business) in delivering product excellence
• Managing all phases of the product development: planning, designing, developing up to production and release
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Leadership experience in managing multiple complex projects and influencing multiple stakeholders
• Experience working as a Product Manager in a technology or start up company preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills as well good presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
• Result-oriented, proactive, strong analytical and strategic way of thinking
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
• Familiarity with product management software (such as JIRA, Figma, Confluence) and analytics tools (like Google Analytics)
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, collaborative and flexible environment, with the ability to manage multiple product projects simultaneously while driving towards aggressive goals.
• Experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies, test driven development, and continuous deployment
