Segera dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Product Manager di perusahaan PT Ayo Indonesia Maju (ayo.co.id) untuk daerah Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup bersaing menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

The Product Manager is in charge of the overall product development and oversees the improvement and refinement of AYO Indonesia product life cycles. She/he is able to lead ideation process, data analytics integration & processing and project management. She/he has a great understanding on products contribution to the organization’s overall commercial strategy, and integrates key market feedback into the product ideation and development process in collaboration with product designers and other stakeholders. She/he draws on her/his product knowledge and technical expertise to generate innovative ideas to improve customer experience.
An articulate and influential communicator, the Product Manager works well in a team environment and self sufficient. She/he is highly analytical, able to analyse the needs of users and recommend improvements to product offerings.
Roles & responsibilities:
* Identify & facilitate the need for new features and/or improvements by understanding users gap and business objectives.
* Lead & initiate the product design ideation & validation cycle throughout the product design & development process.
* Manage products through their life cycles from conceptualisation to delivery.
* Assist in building the product roadmap – based on primary research, competitive/landscape analysis, trends, product metrics, stakeholder’s vision, business goals, and product goals
* Develop project timelines and the creation of PRD.
* Drive usage of project management tools and processes.
* Build product strategies together with the internal team.
* Generate innovative ideas to improve AYO Indonesia customer experience.
Requirements:
* Min 2 years of experience in product management
* Experience in the sports industry is a plus
* Proactive & assertive communicator
* Comfortable in presenting and communicating ideas
* Well articulate when communicating
* Understand & have practical knowledge of product design & development processes
* Organized & detail oriented
* Shown excellent teamwork skills, such as
* able to provide constructive feedbacks
* able to empower & encourage team members
* Demonstrated ability to set priorities

Having achieved a strong following in the Jakarta, AYO is looking to expand its reach to other areas in Indonesia while providing more solutions to football players in Indonesia.
Our vision is to improve the sporting experience of all athletes. We are building a complete sporting ecosystem in order to make it easier for athletes to participate in sports.
Currently there are over 2,00 football teams registered with Ayo Indonesia with over 40,00 players in the ecosystem.
Along with our online platform, we also run numerous offline activities in the shape of sporting competitions for our community.
