Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in product management roles.
• Track record of successfully bringing products to market and managing the product lifecycle. In-depth knowledge of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring or coaching individuals in the field of product management.
• Commitment to staying current with industry trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Willingness to adapt and enhance personal skills and knowledge.
• Experience in working with the tech team
• Good communication and management skills
• A team player who can quickly adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Able to help students to build Product Management CV and portfolio
• Very familiar with Product Management Tools

Job Descriptions

• Teaching and helping students about every module in Product Management
• Share knowledge about the work environment with student
• Preview and give feedback to students to create outstanding CV & Portfolio
• Building critical thinking and communications with students

Schedule

• Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday (2 times a week) at 7PM-10PM for around 4-6 months
• Onsite or online teaching depends on the agreement
• Onsite: Purwadhika Jakarta – Sinarmas MSIG Tower Sudirman
• Online: Zoom
• All about curriculum and material are already provided by Purwadhika
