PT Jenco Mulia Teknologi is a medical equipment company based in Depok West Java. We are Manufacturing medical equipment & Instrument Local Manufacturer with TKDN. Our Medical Equipment are specialized in the field of Surgical, Diagnostic, Critical Care, CSSD, Mortuary and Radiology.

About the role

As a Product Manager and Technician Support for Medical Equipment at PT Jenco Mulia Teknologi, you will be responsible for driving the development and commercialization of innovative medical devices and equipment. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s product strategy and portfolio to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop marketing strategies for slow moving and newly launched products together with Marketing.

• Plan and propose sponsorship activities that is in line with the promotion of our products.

• Perform market research that includes current market trend and competitors activities.

• Present to the end user to help marketing in explaining the key benefits of the products.

• Plan new and refreshment training activities for sales team.

• Understand in detail all features of every products owned by the company.

• Establish market survey and socialize the survey to marketing.

• Delegate and monitor market survey activities to marketing.

• Perform stock level forecast for all products.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as biomedical engineering, Health Science, Physic, biology or related science field.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Manager, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare technology industry.

• Having a strong knowledge in Medical Equipment (Surgical, Diagnostic, Critical Care, CSSD).

• Preferably experience as a Technician managing 3-phase electricity.

• Proven track record of successfully launching new products or features in a fast-paced, innovative environment

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Thorough understanding of medical equipment regulations, quality standards, and industry trends

• Has strong connections and a good relationship with the Distributor and Hospital Management.

• Capable of collaborating with marketing and engineering teams to support product development.

• Able to do the short, medium, and long planning
