Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Product Management Officer di perusahaan PT Artadia Kreasi Global untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan adalah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Arsitek/Desain Interior serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami inginkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:
As a Product Management Staff member, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our product line. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing the product lifecycle, from conception to launch, to ensure successful market positioning and optimal product performance
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and provide recommendations for product enhancements.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to drive product success.
- Designing and developing unique and visually captivating products that strike a balance between form and function.
- Creating interior layouts and arrangements that enhance the presentation and appeal of our products in physical and online stores.
- Managing the end-to-end order management process, ensuring efficient stock monitoring, smooth order fulfillment, and timely deliveries.
- Cultivating strong relationships with suppliers to maintain a reliable supply chain and ensure the availability of high-quality materials.
- Conducting quality reviews of products and providing recommendations for improvements when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
- Prior experience or internships in the home furnishing industry would be advantageous.
- Strong design skills and proficiency in graphic design software to create visually compelling and functional designs.
- Solid understanding of product layout principles and the ability to optimize space and aesthetics.
- Excellent analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail in your work.
