This position is responsible for promotional activities, handling key customers, and monitoring competitors’ activities. Product Executive must work very closely with sales and business development departments to achieve short and long-term company goals.

Responsibilities:

• To act as disease experts. Activities range from educating department members, handling consumer questions related to product & scientific information. Provide information to health care providers in the community, also formulate publications plan and the reporting of trial results at scientific meetings or through journal articles
• Works with regulatory affairs and the legal department to ensure that all written documents are accurate and adhere to the guidelines mandated by the Ministry of Health. Review all educational, technical and promotion materials are reviewed.
• Support the efforts of professional associations, patient support groups, and educational foundations. They function as colleagues and experts in their fields.
• Build close relationship with persons who are recognized experts in their fields and heavy user. This involves providing information and other supports to make them knowledgeable about our products and eager to transfer their knowledge to others.
• Responsible for organizing scientific or educational meeting events sponsored by the company.
• Provide scientific input and expertise in the design and construction of all promotional materials and events. And review materials for scientific accuracy
• Work closely with medical liaison for any clinical or scientific research related to brand or product, including review of the research design, initiation and monitoring. Collaborate with application team, for all product evaluations and product trials by the customers.
• Provide market intelligence for the company. Product executive should keep track of competitor activities.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biology, biotechnology.
• Preferably one year experience in in IVD, medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Indepth knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular biology will be preferred.
• Experience in preparing marketing plan and strategy.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in Bahasa and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization, customers and suppliers.
