Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Product Engineer di kantor PT Kohler Indonesia untuk domisili Bekasi atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Teknik & Mekanikal serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Untuk persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

To work very closely with manufacturing, modeling & case leader and product engineers to drive new products through each gate follow industrialization process in term of products verification, yield, and volume within specific timeframe on each step. Collect data by using DPU (defects per unit) and concentration diagram to analyze root causes and fix all kind of issues in each criteria of industrialization and monitor performance very closely to make sure align with goals. Provide all necessary information and present to all concerned very clearly with fact data.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with modelling, production, product engineering, QA and related team to ensure new production achieve production target (yield, volume) within specific timeframe.
  • Monitor progress and performance of new product industrialization against plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and develop solution to resolve technical problems.
  • Provides progress, information and coordinates the efforts of related parties in the performance of assigned products/projects.
  • Establish and conduct meeting, prepare regular reports to communicate the status of new product industrialization/projects

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

·     Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Material/Ceramic engineering discipline.

·     5 or more years of work experience in technical degree and sanitary industry could be more advantages

·     Uses speaking and writing skills to effectively convey information, express opinions, and motivate others people.

·     Willingly shares information facilitates meaningful discussion and assigns follow-up actions.    

·     Evolves innovation by making knowledge cumulative through good documentation
