Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Physics, Instrumentation or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Communication Skill, Negotiation Skills, Presentation skill. 
• Knowledge in Industrial Automation segments: Water and Waste Water, Power/Utility, Semiconductor, Consumer Packaged Goods, Automotive, Tire, Heavy Industries.
• Knowledge in Industrial Automation products and applications: Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Drive/Inverter, Industrial Components (IC), Power Quality, Motor Control Center (MCC), Intelligent Electronics Devices (IED) and Motion.
• Willing to work in Greater Jakarta Area (Jabodetabek), Banten and West Java. 

Job Description:

• Initiating, formulating and leading Business Initiatives to strengthen existing business and identifying new business opportunities pertain to assigned Product Business Unit of Industrial Automation.
• Consistently lead Key Initiatives; setting high goals for accomplishment; using measurement methods to monitor progress toward goal attainment.
• Collaborating with Sales/Key Account Managers team on doing Marketing activities, including: promotion, in-house presentation, seminar and training.
• Create awareness to the customer regarding the range of Industrial Automation products and solutions, carried by Fanah Jaya Maindo.
• To be an expert of Product/Application/Technical of assigned Product Business Unit.
• Collaborating with Internal Team Members (intra/inter-Department) to sort out best Operation Procedure pertain to assigned Product Business Unit.
• Collaborating with technology enablers partner (Principal) to achieve common understanding on Business strategy/initiatives and to achieve common goal/objective.
• To record daily activities and prepare comprehensive follow-up related to customer visits, project status report, and market intelligence/information into company business directory.
