Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in footwear product development and a keen eye for market trends. This role will involve overseeing the entire product development process, from concept to production, ensuring that our product line meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development process for footwear lines, including research, design, prototyping, and production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, specifically in the footwear industry.
• Strong understanding of footwear manufacturing processes and materials.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD tools) is a plus.
