Job Descriptions:
● Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
● Conceptualize and Ideate: Generate innovative design concepts and ideas that address user needs and align with product goals. Create sketches and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
● Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with other division and management to align design decisions with product goals and technical feasibility. Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to the team.
● Design Creation and Supplier Supervision: Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval. Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software. Collaborate with supplier to ensure the quality of finished product.
● Iterative Design Process: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Embrace an iterative design process, incorporating user feedback to refine designs.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design or a related field.
● Min. 3 years experience
● Proven experience as a graphic designer or a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
● Proficiency in design software.
● Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
● Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
● Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
● Time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs on time.
● Knowledge of production processes and requirements is a plus.
