Gateway Search is proud to partner with one of the leading R&D and manufacturers of microscopes and scientific instruments. Due to business expansion in Indonesia, they are looking to bring in a Product Application Specialist.

In this role, you will provide technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers, and customers during the sales process. Responsible for the development and use of a set of software tools to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Quotations, Orders, and Order Changes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site advanced troubleshooting of integrated surgical microscopes.
  • Engage with Field Service Engineer on on-site customer support
  • Provide prompt and efficient post-installation technical support to the customers.
  • Teaming with Key Account Manager on sales calls and acting as a technical consultant/expert to provide prospective customers with technical information to assist with their purchasing decision
  • Perform on-site demos and/or clinical training for customers

Requirements 

  • Degree in Life Science or related fields with at least 5 years of relevant product technical experience in the medical device/equipment industry
  • Strong knowledge of products and distribution channels within the assigned region is required.
