Butuh cepat!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Procurement Supervisor di tempat usaha PT GF Culinary untuk domisili Jakarta Utara serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Manufaktur & Pembelian/Manajemen Material serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun syarat yang kami butuhkan ialah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description:

  • Handle and fulfill requests based on Purchase Requisition from users
  • Coordinate and manage the process of making Purchase Order
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and services
  • Source, identify, and evaluate potential new suppliers and vendors
  • Analyze market and delivery systems to develop and recommend strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
  • Coordinate and maintain the existing supplier to ensure compliance with organizational requirements regarding deliveries and quantity or quality or type of goods being ordered
  • Prepare supporting data required by management and other related divisions regarding company purchasing data
  • Manage out-of-town franchise orders

Requirements:

  • Age maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
  • Having at least 3 years or more of experience in procurement or purchasing (preferably from Food and Beverage Industry)
  • Experienced in handling purchasing of multiple brands
  • Strong team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization
  • Having strong negotiation skill and interpersonal skill
  • Detail, persistence, analytical thinking, well organized and able to work under pressure
  • Placement : Pantai Indah Kapuk – North Jakarta
