Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Procurement Supervisor di perusahaan PT Euroasiatic Jaya untuk domisili South Tangerang & Banten serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Pembelian, Pengadaan & Inventaris (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Euroasiatic (EA) is a Heat and Power Generation solutions provider.  Established in 1969 and privately owned, the Company is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia and serves clients and projects primarily in Indonesia as well as other South East Asian markets and its periphery. With an energy portfolio of world class established manufacturers, EA develops decentralized fully customized turn-key thermal and power plant systems on open-cycle and Combined Cooling, Heating and Power applications (CCHP) for a variety of market sectors including but not limited to industrial – commercial – biogas – non natural gas – government – oil & gas.  With core competencies in Engineering – Procurement – Construction – Commissioning (EPCC), After Sales and Investments (Build-Operate-Own / Build-Operate-Transfer), the primary focus is on highly reliable energy efficient  systems with strict adherence to environmental compliance and sustainability.

  • Ensuring procurement of product & service with comparison (at least 3 suppliers) appropriate to user requirement with consider QEHS matter (require to project matter)
  • Negotiate with Supplier regarding price, service, time, with vendors and ensuring delivery schedule are met
  • Issue PO, and own responsibilities end to end business with supplier
  • Preparing and maintaining data of Purchase Order on daily basis
  • Preparing and presented to the Management PO details based on Project &/or Salesman
  • Taking ownership of total outstanding payment to all supplier
  • Lead the team in carrying out tasks as part of procurement/purchasing
  • Make a list of purchases of goods/services required by the company
  • Create a list of vendors providing goods/services that suit the company’s budget and needs.
  • Categorize the purchase list created to determine the type of purchase (routine/situational)
  • Participate in implementation QEHS management system
  • Identification and monitoring related to Risk of QEHS MS
  • Participate in the process of continuous improvement

Qualifications :

  • Education background : Finance Accounting (preferable)
  • Experience as Procurement Supervisor min. 3 years
  • Multi tasker, organized, detail orientated, logical, computer savvy, honest
  • Have a good communication and negotiation
  • Willing to be placed in Techno Park, BSD
  • Could join ASAP
