Requirements :

• Have a good connections with MEP vendors
• Good project management skills to handle multiple projects at the same time, from crafting documentation to monitor execution
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently with good time management skills 
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and communication skills is preferred
• Experienced in a purchasing role, preferably in construction-related space
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials (mechanical, electrical & plumbing)
• Experienced in a fast-paced startup environment or have a strong interest in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment, which requires working on tasks beyond the job description
• Good decision-making skills and the ability to navigate through ambiguous situations

What you will do :

• Maintain the quality of product database (up-to-date price and information) and assist in product input to the system
• Assist in providing the most competitive sourcing of materials, followed by creating and managing purchase order to suppliers 
• Handle incoming inquiries from customers through project sales team
• Oversee all transactions related to material procurements to suppliers, delivery of materials to customers, and after-sales
• Monitor payments of materials and track status of all transactions (from purchase order until delivery)
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers
• Prepare a clear and organized monthly reporting for all of the transactions
• Work closely with the co-founders to continuously review and improve effectiveness on the operational side
