Dibutuhkan. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi PROCUREMENT STAFF di perusahaan PT Novus Hotel Manajemen untuk domisili Jakarta Barat & Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang kami butuhkan adalah Pembelian, Pengadaan & Inventaris (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 5.100.000 - Rp 5.600.000.

Job Descriptions :
- Manage and coordinate all procurement activities for the Head Office, Hotels including sourcing, purchasing, and negotiation with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing requirements and provide support as needed.
- Review and annalyze purchase requisitions, PO and invoices.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and documentation for Purchasing Manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement.
- Support other additional work that will be assigned by the direct superior
Qualifications:
- Male or Female max 30 years old
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of VHP and Acurate systems.
