Job description & requirements

Job Description:

  • Arrange work plan for procurement outlet sections.
  • Represent Procurement Department to receive requisitions form from user
  • Represent the institution in various negotiation process with vendors
  • Responsible to manage, monitor, and evaluate the internal processes to achieve continual improvement
  • Evaluate the performance of procurement outlet toward user
  • Ensure the effective implementation of overall policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers in order to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement outlet process
  • Review and approve SPB & SPHT that received from procurement support
  • Perform budget stock & non stock request validation received by procurement support • Provide advice and input to user about materials needed based on price evaluation
  • Approve the price pitching process 
  • Analyze and set up financial estimation for the overall needs of the Business Unit (e.g., price estimation, alternative vendors, specification variance, budget usage)
  • Research and monitor activities and trends in the supply markets (e.g., supplier identification, selection and pricing)
  • Conduct vendor evaluation and provide further suggestion for vendor continuance/change required and/or adjustment
  • Evaluate & monitor vendor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations & to determine need for changes 
  • Coordinates goods storage system with staff to preserve the quality of the goods.
  • Supervise the warehouse safety and storage.
  • Monitor the goods distribution to users.
  • Coordinates with procurement department regarding purchase requisitions fulfillment.
  • Monitor the warehouse stocks availability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1)
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in supervisory level
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience
