Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Procurement Manager di tempat usaha PT CARSURIN untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita inginkan ialah Manufaktur & Pembelian/Manajemen Material serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 16.000.000 - Rp 25.000.000.

Responsibilities :

Developing a strategic approach to sourcing, procurement and operating model to deliver goods and services aligned with company strategy
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
Analyze competitors’ costing strategies to gain insights into industry trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Evaluate the feasibility of purchasing locally versus overseas, particularly in China, considering factors such as quality, price, lead time, and logistics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to ensure adequate stock availability.
Plan and budget for recurring purchases, taking into account factors such as seasonality, market trends, and production requirements.
Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs

Requirements :

Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
Having experience of 5 years as Procurement Manager.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to find competitive pricing options.
Proficiency in budgeting and planning for recurring purchases.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, neat and good leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Work Location: Head Office, West Jakarta.
