About the Role

PT Hissan Trading Indonesia is seeking a talented and driven Procurement Executive to join our team on a contract basis. This essential role will be responsible in managing inventories, purchase of materials, equipment, and/or services related to company operation and other relevant tasks as required by the company in South Jakarta.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing suppliers
• Assess supplier performance based on cost, delivery time, and product quality
• Process purchase requests (PR) and convert them into purchase orders (POs) order of goods or services approved by management
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings
• Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
• Address and resolve supply-related issues, including delays and quality concerns
• Compare vendor quotations and prepare cost analyses
• Prepare payment slip for purchasing goods with CBD term
• Track inventory and restock goods when needed
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis and supplier performance evaluation.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as price, qualifications, delivery times, product ranges
• Maintaining update records of purchased products, delivery information, invoices
• Coordination & Communication to ensure procurement aligns with operational needs

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma Degree majoring in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration/Finance/ Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing or procurement role
• Good knowledge about purchasing process in local & international trade & commerce rules and best practice
• Able to operate SAP software
• Proficiency in Ms. Office particular Excel & Word
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build & maintain vendor relationships
• Detail oriented with strong focus on accuracy & efficiency
• Used to working with deadlines and in fast paced work environments
• Able to communicate in English 
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier management
• Pro active, initiative and assertive
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
