About the role

Stilt Studios’ is seeking a Procurement Construction Officer to join our growing team in Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and procuring construction materials and services to support our exciting architectural projects. Working closely with our project managers and construction crews, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of our builds.

What you’ll be doing

Researching and identifying reliable suppliers of construction materials, equipment and subcontractors

Negotiating the best pricing, delivery times and contract terms with suppliers

Preparing and issuing purchase orders, contracts and other procurement documentation

Tracking and managing orders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with specifications

Maintaining accurate inventory records and optimising stock levels

Collaborating with project managers to forecast material requirements and manage procurement budgets

Identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement cost-saving initiatives

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role, ideally within the construction industry

Strong analytical and negotiation skills to secure the best deals from suppliers

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proficient in using procurement software and inventory management systems

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

Knowledge of construction materials, equipment and industry regulations

Tertiary qualifications in procurement, supply chain management or a related field
