Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 4.600.000 - Rp 5.600.000.

STUDIO WONDER is a full-service interior design studio based in Bali. Our passion is to imagine and create cool interior concepts for residential and commercial projects and to turn our ideas into memorable places and experiences.

We are currently looking for an organised and resourceful Procurement Assistant to join our growing office in Canggu. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for researching and finding the best vendors and suppliers to fulfil the needs of the Studio’s projects, develop and maintain great relationships with them and coordinate the orders and deliveries of all items necessary for our projects.

Suppliers and Vendors

  • Research and find the best vendors to work with according to the needs of the Studio (Perform vendor research and selection, evaluate suppliers and interviewing vendors, Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Develop an organised and up-to-date database of the vendors, set up trade accounts and maintain good working relationships., 
  • Use your knowledge of vendor timelines and the design process to anticipate project needs early so the Studio’s time can be used most efficiently.
  • Assist with sourcing and researching products, obtain samples and gather estimates. 
  • Assist with deliveries co-ordination, liaising with vendors, and shipping partners, obtaining quotes.
  • Receive invoices & check, arrange payment, and keep detailed record of expenses, assist with tax documentation. 
  • Be on the lookout for and update the Studio’s vendor list with any new companies or vendors that are found which compliments the Studio’s aesthetic.

Proposals, Orders, Deliveries, Item Storage and Tracking

  • Research, source, check availability, and price items such as furniture, fabrics, accessories, finishes, lighting, etc. in collaboration with Design Studio Manager, Interior Designer and Director.
  • Create database inventory and IDs of all items as needed.
  • Prepare client furniture lists proposals and get them approved for purchasing.
  • Assist Interior Designer and Studio Manager all aspects of ordering, ensuring the accuracy, timely delivery, and quality of purchasing activities.
    • Ensure ordered items arrive undamaged, in the correct quantity, colour and according to the order, as well as the safe and organized storage of these items until their installation, either through our third party receiving or personally at our office as the case may be. 
    • Coordinate and manage deliveries, storage, and installations, maintaining communication with and updating weekly inventory lists and item IDs.

Install

  • Prepare partners and vendors with the necessary information for a seamless installation in coordination with Design Studio Manager and Interior Designer.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at Minimum a Bachelor degree from any major.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position or administrative role, preferably in the Architecture/Interior Design Studio or Furniture company/Warehouse
  • Knowledge of Furniture suppliers and vendors network is preferable
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail as well as an intensity about finding errors, keeping the projects on schedule, and finding ways to optimize existing processes. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Able to drive and willing to travel to visit sites, meet clients and suppliers.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexible hours and the occasional Saturday to be expected when installations are required. The Procurement Assistant will report directly to the Studio Manager and Director to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks based on project timelines.

TRAINING

The Procurement Assistant will receive initial training on company procedures, software tools, and design processes.
