We are looking for a seasoned Procurement Assistant to support our procurement team in managing the acquisition of goods and services necessary for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies in line with company objectives.
2. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
3. Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of materials.
5. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
6. Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
8. Assist in the preparation of reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in procurement.
• Placement in South Konawe – Southest Sulawesi.
