Job Descriptions:

1. Oversee supply and demand (local and import) and determine the most economical cost for products/materials, track and record orders and make sure all are well documented, receive orders and document arrivals, and manage supply base for all brands with different business sectors (Wooden Toy, Furniture, Construction, Hospitality)
2. Working closely with the CEO, Brand, Product Design, Construction, and Project Management Team to develop sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in the business
3. Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors
4. Evaluating the order process while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries
5. Continuous discussion with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production
6. Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages
7. Supervising Procurement Support Team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary
8. Supervising Warehouse Support Team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary
9. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the brand manager
10. Evaluating inbound and outbound orders report to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS)
11. Evaluating regular stock check reports and working together with the Warehouse Support Team to solve any warehouse/inventory issues

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Tourism, or related field preferred
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Procurement and Warehouse (Construction and Manufacturing)
3. Have an experience in Hospitality or Building & Construction sector
4. Good understanding of the Import process
5. Good understanding of Warehouse and Inventory
6. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Workspace
7. Have strong administration and negotiation skills
8. Have good verbal and written communication skills
9. Have an English conversational speaking ability
10. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
11. Accurate and precise attention to details
12. Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
13. Goal-oriented, organized team player
14. Have an honest and can-do attitude
15. Able to use motorcycle and willing to be placed in Bali
