About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organized Procurement Admin to join our team in our Jakarta Office. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our procurement processes and ensuring our company’s smooth day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and process purchase orders from requisition to delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment.

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, focusing on cost reduction, terms improvement, and quality assurance.

• Maintain and update the procurement database, including vendor information, purchase order records, and contract details.

• Conduct research on potential vendors and suppliers, evaluating them based on price, quality, and delivery speed.

• Prepare and manage purchase orders and contracts, and maintain detailed records of procurement activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper communication and understanding of procurement needs and specifications.

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies.

• Resolve issues with suppliers and vendors regarding shipment delays or quality lapses

What we’re looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in business management/technical with a Minimum (2) two years of experience in procurement

• Good understanding of the procurement job scope

• Good knowledge of export-import procedures and documents

• Negotiation skills

• Must have excellent verbal skills

• Microsoft Office Skill

• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines are needed

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
