Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Raya Posisi Processing Sales Engineer di PT . Tetra Pak Indonesia

We are looking for Processing Sales Engineer who will driving the business growth in a specific territory within a market company based on industry mapping, identify, prioritize and pursue business opportunities with new customer prospects and secure future business. Develop and drive execution of prospect account plan aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives.

You will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia reporting to the Processing Director Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines & Indonesia

As our Processing Sales Engineer, you will

• Drives mutual sustainable growth for both New Sales and Service Sales by driving a cross-functional team to build strong customer relationships while identifying and capturing short, medium and long term business opportunities.

• Coordinates cross functional activities, follow up from sales and project closing as sales/project owner .

• Drives improved understanding of the customer’s overall business (marketplace, channel, competitive environment, strategy, productivity and profitability).

• Develops and drives the execution of customer plans aligned to Tetra Pak’s and the customer’s business objectives.

• Drives Customer Satisfaction and Partnership improvements for the responsible customers

• Work closely with Engineering department to ensure the project implementation successfully

• Ensures that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer.

• Degree in Engineering or similar

• Minimum 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience within engineering company

• Have successful track record of generating new business (suspect to prospect)

• Understanding of local market / customers / categories mapping to identify opportunities

• Ability to assess and qualify opportunities along with other functions – TS / Processing etc.

• Experience in food and beverages or FMCG industry is considered as an advantage

• Willingness to travel (approximately 60% of the time)

• Strong in both oral and written skills in English
