A well-known multinational Petrochemical/Manufacturing company located in Cilegon Banten is looking for the candidates to join and strengthen our fast growth business as follow:

Process Safety Engineer

MISSION:

1. To assist the HSE Manager in guarantee, for the application of Process Safety Management (PSM) best practices for the ensuring that the plant is carried in safety manner and complied with all process safety related regulation and best practice.
2. Develop the planning and execute the program for Process Hazardous Analysis, hazardous studies and report to Management, status of these studies. 
3. Advertise and enforce safety regulations that apply to the site in conjunction with the hazard studies 
4. Centralize the information flow, feedback and analysis proposals for improvements on hazard studies so that it can be approved by management and monitor their progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Setting up and regular review the plant’s regulations in the domain (PSM regulatory requirements by applicable governmental regulation on a Petrochemical Plant or International Standard). Gap analysis and action plans are proposed.
2. Develop and setting up the internal requirements of the domain throughout the site and Progress Plan to conform to it
3. Ensure that the analyzing of the gaps, compilation and corrective actions plans status for the SHE incidents and/or accident are closed out/followed up. Analyzes incidents and accidents in his/her area of responsibility, assure corrective action plans are established and carried out.
4. Relevant indicators are in place, as well as the control plan for the safety domain.
5. Develop the procedure to ensure that the process safety management are carried out in the plant, good control of Process Safety Information, Management of Change Procedure and Implementation, Process Hazard Analysis, and Pre Start Up Safety Review.
6. Ensure that the project implement the good practice of process safety management, proper Management of Change, Process Hazard Analysis, Pre Start Up Review Checklist.
7. Ensure that the revalidation process of Process Hazard Analysis for the plant is carried out as per the OSHA standard.
8. Ensure that the regular inspection and testing in regards to Safety Integrity System and Layer/protection are carried out to ensure that the system still meets the standard requirement.
9. Ensure that the project following the standards set out by NFPA, API, OSHA and/or Company internal standard.
10. Ensure the management of the Process Safety Information for the plant is managed properly and up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. S1 in Engineering, process or related field, from reputable University.
2. At least 3 years experiences in process safety
3. At least 3 years in a petrochemical plant
4. Practice in PSM, safety regulation in Indonesia
5. Excellent written and verbal communication in English
6. Willing to be placed at Cilegon, Banten.
