YOUR ROLE

• Develop and implement process procedures to enhance production efficiency and product quality
• Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure processes run smoothly and meet industry standards.
• Monitor and control process parameters to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
• Conduct root cause analysis on process issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Perform process trials and validation for new products or modifications to existing products.
• Prepare and update process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations as well as internal company procedures.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
• A Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in manufacturing
• Experience in process data analysis and the use of process simulation software.
• In-depth knowledge of process engineering principles
• Experience with data analysis tools like MATLAB, Minitab, or other statistical analysis software.
• Expertise in Process Control Systems (PCS) and PI System for industrial monitoring and data analysis.
• Experience with industrial automation systems and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) software.
• Strong analytical capabilities to identify and resolve process issues.
• Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to apply root cause analysis techniques.
• Managerial skills to coordinate projects and cross-departmental teams.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various levels of staff and management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification would be advantageous.
• Solid understanding of safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
• Ability to work under pressure and calmly address technical challenges
