Under the supervision and guidance of Private Sector Fundraising Specialist, the incumbent supports the fundraising team by carrying out administrative support, preparation of researches, fundraising campaigns / events / training materials and reports, professional correspondence, etc. An assistant role across the whole spectrum of fundraising activities, with a focus on individual fundraising especially existing donors.

How can you make a difference?

1. Manage procurement for fundraising materials, including stock management, vendor selection, and quality check 2. Fundraising campaigns / events / trainings materials and reports support: Preparation of donors’ material, data, scoring CS and TM recordings using prepared template, drafting FAQ, donor’s community, etc. 3. Accounting and contracting support: Preparation of contract, reporting, payment, procurement, etc. 4. Meeting support: Draft agendas, minutes, attendance/participant, etc. 5. Logistic and administrative support: office and other relevant software platforms, correspondence, government regulations, documents/filling/archiving, internal communication, etc.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

1. Completion of secondary education. Skills in the operation of electronic data / word processing equipment – computer knowledge or any accounting are required. 2. At least five years of procurement/administrative experience in the field of sales/ marketing/ fundraising or related fields office support work experience. 3. Computer literacy and the ability to effectively use standard office software tools and other office technology to create documentation, exchange and archive e-mail, and maintain electronic filing systems. 4. Ability to work with minimum supervision. 5. Ability to extract and format data and to solve operational problems. 6. Ability to organize own and others work, set priorities and meet deadlines. 7. Ability to organize meetings and events. 8. Ability to handle work quickly and accurately under time constraints. 9. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

UNICEF appointments are subject to medical clearance. Issuance of a visa by the host country of the duty station, which will be facilitated by UNICEF, is required for IP positions. Government employees that are considered for employment with UNICEF are normally required to resign from their government before taking up an assignment with UNICEF. UNICEF reserves the right to withdraw an offer of appointment, without compensation, if a visa or medical clearance is not obtained, or necessary inoculation requirements are not met, within a reasonable period for any reason. This vacancy is open for Indonesians only.

This is a temporary position for a maternity leave cover for 8 months.
