Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kita butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

As a Pricing and Procurement Specialist at DP World Indonesia, you will play an important role in supporting our Operation Manager by leveraging your strong knowledge of the air/ ocean freight industry, including procurement and capacity management.

Key Accountabilities

Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Operation Manager to develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable rates are offered to clients.
Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with carriers, co-loaders, and vendors to secure competitive rates, terms, and services that align with our client’s needs.
Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, market fluctuations, and competitor pricing to make informed pricing recommendations.
Vendor and contract Management.
Pricing Analysis: Analyse data, pricing models, and market dynamics to make data-driven pricing decisions and recommendations.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with our operation teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on pricing and procurement performance to senior management.
Innovation: Contribute to the development of innovative product solutions that drive growth and enhance the value proposition for our clients.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Degree holder in Business Administration / Economics / Logistics / Supply Chain or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years’ industry experience at a similar level preferably in a multinational freight forwarding company.
Excellent network with carriers at local and top managerial level.
Expertise in specific trade lanes: Europe, Transpacific, Australia, Africa, Middle East.
Strong operation understanding and capability to manage changes and unexpected events.
With an international mindset and exhibits great cross-cultural sensitivity.

Proven experience in methodology and guideline writing.
