About the role

Blue Dolphin PlaySkool is seeking an experienced Preschool and Childcare Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team in Gading Serpong.

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that foster the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of kindergarten students

  • Creating a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning

  • Collaborating with parents and guardians to support each child’s individual growth and development

  • Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices

What we’re looking for

  • A fluent English speaker (spoken and written)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Preschool Teacher in an early childhood education setting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of child development, pedagogy, and age-appropriate teaching methods

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues

  • Ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and social-emotional development

  • Certification in early childhood education or a teaching credential is preferred

  • Someone who genuinely loves and enjoys working with children
