Presales Consultant for SaaS CRM Software – Salesforce Solution Division :

• Who handles technical duties, tandem with sales focused on selling CRM Software – Salesforce Solution Division.
• Is a technical who responsible do job on support in the technical side, such as survey, presentation, design, sizing, troubleshooting, project management, installation, setting, documentation, training and giving a solution to customer about CRM Software – Salesforce Solution Division.
• Also involve with all aspects of After Sales Division task, helping sales team and end user about the product & solution.

Main Duties :

• Conduct product training to sales team and customer / end user.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide expert technical support in pre-sales situations.
• Design and present customized Salesforce solutions that address client needs and demonstrate our value proposition.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our solutions.
• Provide answers to technical questions, offering advice and guidiance on best practices and implementation strategies.
• Assist in the creation of proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
• Stay abreast of Salesforce product updates and industry trends to serve as an informed advisor to both clients and team members.
• Facilitate smooth transition of accounts to the implementation team post sale, ensuring clear communication of client requirements and expectations.

Requirements :

• Maximum 35 years old.
• Proven experience min 3 years in Technical Project / Presales Consultant within the Salesforce Product & Solution ecosystem is a must.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of Salesforce products and APIs.
• Certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud Consultant) is a must. 
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (active).
• Excellence presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non technical audiences.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
• Willing to work in west Jakarta – Puri area ( Head Office ) and ready to business trip to outsite jabodetabek area for project.
