Decsription of Work :

Pre-sales collaborate with the sales team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations. In addition, they determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the organization’s sales/business development and engineering groups.

Pre-sales are responsible for interacting with potential clients to determine their needs and explain the value of their company’s products or services. They are responsible with creating technical design, presentations, writing proposals, and other activities that help seal the deal.

Responsibilities :

1. Presenting solutions and conduct an assessment according to customer needs
2. Conduct proof of concepts on the Customer and create the report in collaboration with the Product department
3. Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams to help them close deals and meet sales targets.
4. Collecting customer requirements and identifying potential problems that may arise with the product or service
5. Consulting with customers to determine their needs and preferences to help them select the right products or services for their needs
6. Preparing technical proposals along with cost structure for new projects to be conveyed to Sales team
7. Creating detailed plans for the project timeline, expense estimates, and project specifications, such as materials needed and crew requirements
8. Able to work after office hour

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology/ Telecommunication/ Electrical Engineering.
2. Having minimum 3 years experienced especially focus on backup solution & IT infrastructure
3. Experienced in designing and handle installation for backup solution & IT infrastructure.
4. Pre-sales (Sales Engineers) must have strong communication skills and an understanding of technical concepts. They need to be able to clearly explain complex ideas in a way that everyday people can understand them.
5. Hands on in preparing presentation material in any form such as power point
6. Passionate to learn new technology of backup solution, data center, and IT enterprise solutions.
