Kemampuan yang perusaahan inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), & D4 (Diploma). Merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Areas of Responsibility 

To manage the sales on assigned territory to ensure sustainable business growth (profitable volume growth) :

  • To be responsible for manage LIXIL’s Products (Grohe, INAX and selected premium American Standard) 
  • To make sure Display Product installed as standard as company requirement on the stores  
  • To monitor and develop Selling Skill and product knowledge for SPG 
  • To be responsible for manage (includes create demand and analyse an opportunity) from Architect, Designer & contractor community 
  • To be responsible for manage End User that coming from field screening & digital campaign. 
  • To maintain and responsible for sell-out on store and pipeline on distributor 
  • To be able to make quotation and CMS for customer. 
  • To take the ownership of marketing program execution and monitoring 
  • Acting as market intelligent related to blocking competitor strategy and create an opportunity within their assigned territory 
  • To conduct a Regular (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) business review/ meeting with Dealer (Owner/ Operational Manager & team) 
  • Acting as problem solver within their assigned territory 
  • To monitor end to end after sales service process that related to customer complain and request 
  • Monitoring Stock, Shipment and payment availability on Distributors, Stores to end users 
  • Abreast of regulation concern with HSE 

Requirements 

  • Min. Diploma Degree in Any Education background 
  • At least 2 years of experiences in Sales, especially having exposure in Building Material 
  • Good relationship with stakeholder (architect, designer, and contractor)
