Responsibilities and Duties (Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab) :

1)     Assist in leading and managing the presales team.

2)     Delegate and monitor the tasks of Pre-Sales team members.

3)     Provide Pre-Sales support by offering technical recommendation to the Sales team and internal team members.

4)     Conduct presentation and demonstration work.

5)     Review technical consultancy provided to potential clients on the possible solution that Securemetric can offer.

6)     Review the analysis of customer requirements.

7)     Review the analysis and report on the technical feasibility of opportunities presented by Sales team.

8)     Review the presentation and demonstration.

9)     Review the tender submission preparations.

10)  Review the POC preparation and execution.

11)  Lead and coordinate the “Solutioning” process.

12)  Lead and work with team members to generate project proposal and/or tender bid submission.

13) Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required

Skills and specifications (Syarat) :

• Good command of English is a must.
• Excellent solutioning and organization skills.
• Able to communicate complicated technical issue with effective presentation skills.
• Willing to learn and possess good leadership skills.
• Tenacious work attitude.
• Must be highly motivated, proactive, possess positive attitude and have excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
• Willing to travel if required.

Education (Pendidikan) :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or any related fields.
• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in IT, Pre-Sales consultancy, Hardware/software Product Development.
