Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced PR & Communications Specialist to join our team at Mazda Indonesia, a subsidiary of Eurokars Group Indonesia. As a PR & Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the public image of Mazda Indonesia and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR and communication initiatives to promote the company’s brand, products, and services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic PR and communication plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, and key stakeholders.
Create engaging content for press releases, media kits, speeches, and other communication materials.
Plan and coordinate press conferences, media interviews, and other PR events.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities and their impact.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Manage crisis communication strategies and handle sensitive issues effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential PR opportunities.
Act as a spokesperson for the company and handle media inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a PR or Communications Specialist, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
Strong media relations and networking abilities.
Experience in organizing and executing successful PR campaigns and events.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
