Responsibilities:

  1. Production Planning:
  • Develop and manage production schedules to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely product delivery.
  • Collaborate with production teams to establish production priorities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Continuously monitor production processes to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or issues.
  1. Inventory Control:
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize overstocking, stockouts, and ensure optimum stock turnover.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and coordinate physical inventory audits.
  1. Demand Forecasting:
  • Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between production plans and market demand.
  1. Resource Optimization:
  • Optimize the use of labor, equipment, and other resources to maximize productivity while minimizing costs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
  1. Supplier and Vendor Coordination:
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
  1. Quality Control:
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that production processes meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Take corrective actions when quality issues are identified.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and inventory activities.
  • Prepare and present reports on production planning and inventory control to senior management.
  1. Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure that all production and inventory activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Implement safety measures and best practices to maintain a safe working environment..

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering or related field
  • 5 years supervisory experience Production Planning, Inventory Control ( especially automotive industry )
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skill
  • Strong leadership
  • Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes
  • Experience in Production plan, material requipment planning
  • Experience in Warehouse Management System
  • Management System ( IATF, ISO 14001)
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang
