Qualifications

Min. 3 years experience as PPIC (preferable from automotive company)

Familiar with MRP system and Planning Tools

Understand about the BOM (Bill of Material) of Products

Understand about Production Planning and Capacity Planning

Understand about Demand Planning / Sales Forecasting

Understand about Lean Process and JIT Process

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Supply Chain or Engineering

Strong Analytical and Reporting Data

Good Command in English

JOB DESCIPTIONS

A Production Planning :

1. Control the preparation of the production plan based on the project timeline (timing and qty) to match internal customer and customer demand
2. Control the order and forecast for the new project to avoid delayed supply due miss capacity planning
3. Control the changing (ECR)
4. Interact with customers for the order and forecast data 

B. Material Planning

1. Review the BOM for the new project item
2. control the procurement of new items to avoid delayed production (time and qty)
3. Control the changing (ECR)

 C. Production Planning

1. Interact with customers for order and forecast data
2. Control and Analyze the order and forecast for serial production
3. Input the Order and Forecast data into the system
4. Setup monthly capacity meetings with related department
5. Setup monthly production plan (cyclic Kanban required for production)
6. Control daily planning production level (plan vs actual) vs daily demand from customers and make countermeasures for any gap
7. Control the Change Process (ECR, EOP, etc)
8. Maintain FG inventory level
9. Pursue to achieve KPI as dedicated

D. Material Planning

1. Running and Operating the material requirement planning
2. Release Order to the supplier through the system and email
3. Communicate with the supplier for the order confirmation and supply
4. Control the supply to avoid any delay to production and customer and make countermeasures for any gap
5. Control the change Process (ECR, EOP etc)
6. Maintain the RM inventory level
7. Pursue to achieve KPI as dedicated
