Summary
The PPIC (Production Planning Inventory Control) role is generally responsible for providing finished goods, reviewing forecasts from Marketing, calculating and ensuring production requirements, maintaining product quality, and scheduling production processes.

Key Responsibilities

In this strategic leadership position, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing production plans to meet business goals and customer expectations.
• Monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Managing inventory control strategies to optimize resources and minimize waste.
• Cultivating strong business relationships with both local and international customers and partners.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational targets.
• Overseeing the implementation of sales strategies aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
• Continuously driving improvements to meet and exceed company objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you should bring:

• A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in injection molding or electronic assembly manufacturing.
• Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written); Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
• Outstanding interpersonal, networking, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A deep understanding of production processes in plastic manufacturing and electronic assembly.
• Willingness to be based at and undergo the selection process at our Head Office in Demak-Semarang, Central Java.
