As a PPIC Manager you will be accountable in optimizing the company’s supply chain operations, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands.

We are currently representing one of the fastest growing retail and apparel company. During this time of growth they are looking to bring in an experienced PPIC Manager to further improve manufacturing process efficiencies.

Description

• Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure a streamlined manufacturing process.
• Consider planning time, routing, and product quantities to optimize production efficiency.
• Create and manage manufacturing orders to facilitate a smooth workflow on the production floor.
• Schedule production batches based on raw material availability and production timelines.
• Forecast inventory requirements by analyzing sales forecasts and customer demands.
• Plan procurement processes aligned with customer demand forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor raw material levels in inventory and warehouse, ensuring availability for production needs.
• Oversee the receiving and delivery of goods from the warehouse to maintain an organized and efficient storage system.
• Plan production schedules to effectively fulfill customer orders, considering planning time, routing, and required product quantities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and procurement departments to address production-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Actively communicate with relevant teams to align production plans with market demands.
• Analyze and fulfill capacity and resource requirements in the production process.
• Optimize resource allocation to meet production goals and timelines.
• Monitor stock levels in both raw materials and finished products to ensure a seamless production process.
• Implement proactive measures to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Provide accurate and timely inventory data to the accounting department for financial reporting and analysis

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management within the garment or textile manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
