Key responsibility areas:

• Develop production plans and allocate resources to ensure an efficient production process.
• Manage inventory levels to maintain adequate stock based on production needs, preventing both overstock and stockouts.
• Coordinate procurement of raw materials and components to ensure timely availability for the manufacturing process.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
• Oversee logistics processes to ensure efficient shipping, distribution, and transportation.
• Manage warehouse operations, optimizing inbound and outbound processes to improve inventory accuracy.
• Oversee the entire supply chain, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturing, and sales teams.
• Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce logistics costs.
• Analyze production and logistics data to contribute to process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Lead the team, providing guidance and training to achieve PPIC and logistics departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control, prioritizing worker safety and product quality.
   

Requirements:

• Have working experience and knowledge about Toyota Production System (Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Just-in-time, Jidoka etc.)
• Have experience as PPIC manager in Japanese automotive company min 5 years
• Be able to think and act on their own, not just giving instructions.
• Be able to communicate in English
• The person who never give up even if difficult situation / Not job hopper (at least 5 years in one company)
