As the Company is in growing phase and more and more products that related to the revolving loan project (eg. paylater, credit card, etc) for finance, we need a talent that manage the revolving loan products in addition of close end loan. This talent will be incharge in the development of the new projects upcoming related to the revolving loan as well as close end loan and its upcoming additional operational matter and she will facing various functions to discuss for the development, automation, UAT, etc. With details as follows:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Portfolio Flow (CEL) from Finance perspective, represent end to end point perspective. Starting from Design and Implementation up to Operational and Reconciliation.
  • Manage Operational Side of Finance Portfolio (CEL), including portfolio payment approval, reconciliation and tracking of portfolio payment and the supporting documentation and preparation of journal entries.
  • Automation on Portfolio Operation, including preparing the requirement, brainstorming the design as well as reviewing and testing of new automation implementation.
  • Manage REL Portfolio Operation, including payment and reconciliation with 3rd parties that support the environment (ie. VISA).
  • Supporting ad-hoc request from business related to Finance Operation, including support during dispute and fraudulent cases.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting.
  • Have experience minimum 3 years in accounting area.
  • Experience in KAP, Corporate Financial Institution / Banking industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in Portofolio revenue, Accounting standard, Finance Reporting Analysis.
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with management and other business units.
