Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Pool Attendant di perusahaan PT. Bamboo Lab Architect untuk daerah Lombok Tengah & Nusa Tenggara Barat dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Pelayan (Hospitaliti & Pariwisata) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we now proudly operate four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.

Enn Collection is our curated hospitality division consisting of private villas and wellness facilities designed to create serene and elevated guest experiences.

We are currently looking for a Pool Attendant to ensure our pool areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests.

Job Summary:

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and guest experience of pool facilities across our villa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of pools, pool decks, and surrounding areas.

  • Monitor pool water quality, including chlorine and pH levels, and report abnormalities.

  • Ensure all pool equipment and tools are functioning properly.

  • Assist guests around the pool area with towels, seating, and general needs.

  • Enforce safety rules and monitor guest behavior to prevent accidents.

  • Report any maintenance issues to the Engineering/Housekeeping team.

  • Keep the pool area tidy, organized, and aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as Pool Attendant, Lifeguard, or similar role in hospitality is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of pool cleaning and water treatment is preferred.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

  • Professional, friendly, and guest-oriented attitude.

  • Able to join immediately is preferred.
