Upah yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Job Description:

  1. Aiming at efficient transaction flow fulfillment, develop differentiated PO management and order business management strategies for each account department, participate in the customer transaction model design in the pre-sales phase, optimize the PO operation model, and provide customers with simple and easy transaction fulfillment services.
  2. Aiming at the goal of efficient and compliant order fulfillment in the rep office, and based on the standard solution of order configuration (transaction object), PO standardization and structuring in the system (transaction carrier), online collaboration CCO, and B2B (transaction mode), collaborate with each account department of the rep office to design and adapt differentiated solutions. PO Office and related departments (Carrier Business Dept, Enterprise Business Dept, Finance, GTS PMO, NTD, NDB, etc.) Design and optimize the collaboration process and solution, and promote the implementation.
  3. Design and deploy the supply chain business solution of the rep office based on the corporate finance-delivery-supply integration AI transformation and order industry business strategy, adapt to the business scenarios of the rep office. (e.g. configuration streamlining and automation solution, site material completeness simulation, online PO configuration driving material requirement plan, supply chain industry finance linkage, site signing simplification, etc.) Implementation and implementation.
  4. Design management solutions for high-risk businesses, BCG, and ICFR that the supply chain is the owner of materials, and drive the implementation of solutions in all business links of the supply chain and related departments (PMO, CEG, account , project team, etc.)
  5. Take charge of the digital construction of the Indonesia supply chain, business planning and implementation of the PO Office, personnel management, business capability improvement, and internal business efficiency improvement.
  6. Aiming at the objectives of efficient customer/site fulfillment, timely and complete delivery, and business compliance, set operation targets for key business activities from PO to revenue, establish business operation analysis models, and regularly analyze operation to drive business improvement and achieve business objectives.
  7. Streamline the PO Office remote sharing business process, develop and release customized business rules for Indonesia, provide solutions for batch PO revenue or SO issues, and promote the implementation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications or trade, contract management and order management positions in telecommunications or engineering
  2. 2 years or more working experience in specific order field
  3. English and Chinese mandarin are fluent for speaking, reading and writing
  4. Be familiar with the LTC and PMP processes of the company, deeply understand the knowledge and industry features of order fulfillment, logistics, planning, and site delivery, and skillfully apply the knowledge to actual order supply and delivery.
  5. Be proficient in a class of products, master the principles of cross-product family product configuration, and provide suggestions on product configuration optimization
  6. Be proficient in order fulfillment knowledge, intercompany transaction business, financial business, and SO knowledge, including SO generation, closure, offsetting, and logic
  7. Be able to design and deploy solutions for PO transaction flow and order fulfillment.
  8. Cross-domain communication and coordination capabilities, and process integration capabilities
  9. Master the business logic of sales configuration quotation and survey and how to use the configurator.
  10. Have data processing and analysis capabilities; Problem solving ability and execution ability
