Job Description

Project Management

• Project Lead of New Product
• Lead the project of new product launch which ensure all production requirements
• Fulfill and prepare to perform pre-pilot, pilot and Start of Production successfully in term of quality, time, and according to planned budget
• Identify and perform communication with the cross-function team when the matters required to be aligned for resolving project issues.

Production in-charge for Cabin, Powertrain, Pre-Assembly for Bus & Trucks

• Ensure the production target are met with quality target
• Ensure all the audits related to process and environment are met as per Daimler & International standards.
• Implement lean manufacturing process and digital readiness to support the current and future vision and mission of the company.

Leadership and people development

• Lead a shop floor team in respective production area T
• Train shop floor team to meet the production target and quality standard
• Mentoring and coaching the team for the personal development and training program to enhance their skill

Compliance

• Compliance to Daimler AG Integrity Code
• Compliance to Daimler AG Policies and Guidelines.
