The Role

As a PMO Planner, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules that form the backbone of our project control. You will work under the guidance of senior PMO leadership to ensure our projects are planned effectively, monitored rigorously, and delivered on time. This role is a key enabler for data-driven decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Development: Develop and maintain robust, logic-driven project schedules for microtunneling and civil works projects using Primavera P6, integrating engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

• Baseline Maintenance: Assist in the establishment and maintenance of the project baseline, ensuring all updates are accurately recorded and change control procedures are followed.

• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, perform schedule updates, and identify variances against the baseline. Conduct Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis to highlight potential delays.

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare clear and concise schedule reports, dashboards, and visuals for project managers and the PMO, highlighting status, trends, and critical issues.

• Resource & Cost Integration: Support the integration of resource requirements and cost data into schedules to aid in feasibility checks and forecasting.

• Risk Analysis Support: Collaborate with the project team to identify potential schedule risks and incorporate mitigation activities into the plan.

• PMO Processes: Uphold and apply the group-wide planning standards, processes, and tools across all assigned projects.

Candidate Profile: We Are Looking For

You are a proficient and detail-oriented planner looking to apply your skills in a complex, high-caliber project environment. You are eager to learn, data-driven, and understand the strategic importance of a well-managed schedule.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of direct project planning experience, preferably within the infrastructure sector (e.g., tunnels, utilities, heavy civil). Exposure to microtunneling or pipeline projects is a strong advantage.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Critical Path Method: Solid understanding and practical application of CPM analysis.

  • MS Office Excellence: Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and MS PowerPoint for reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.

• Exposure to schedule risk analysis concepts or tools.

• A professional certification such as PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) is a notable plus.
