Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Perbankan / Jasa Finansial serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun syarat yang perusahaan inginkan ialah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

As Project Management Officer, you will be responsible to identify pain points, streamline operations, enhance user experience, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will be at the forefront of process improvement, playing a crucial role in maintaining a seamless onboarding experience for both business or customers while safeguarding against fraudulent activities.

Description

  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to identify operational pain points and customer complaint triggers in the KYC and KYB processes.
  • Propose innovative solutions to address identified issues, overseeing the end-to-end implementation process and measuring outcomes.
  • Partner with the Product and Compliance teams to refine existing processes, aligning them with company objectives and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Initiate comprehensive process reviews and benchmarking exercises to drive the creation of an efficient and seamless onboarding process for legitimate users.
  • Perform continuous cost and benefit analysis of the KYC and KYB processes, both from an operational and business perspective.
  • Work in tandem with the Fraud team to recognize patterns of fraudulent activity during the KYC and KYB submissions. Collaborate with the Product team to design, test, and deploy solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to continually review and enhance the User Interface and User Experience throughout the KYC and KYB processes.
  • Lead all discussions and initiatives related to KYC and KYB processes, engaging closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Spearhead complaint handling initiatives associated with the KYC and KYB processes, resolving issues arising from both newly implemented procedures and existing operational practices.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management, compliance, or related areas are a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in the financial services industry and KYC/KYB domains.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to KYC and KYB processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and devise practical solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams and convey complex ideas succinctly.
  • Analytical mindset, proficient in conducting cost-benefit analyses and leveraging data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to achieve project goals.
  • Proficiency in user experience design principles, with a focus on optimizing processes for enhanced user journeys.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the capability to drive initiatives forward and foster collaboration among team members.
